What Is the CHY3 Form?

The CHY3 “Enduring Certificate” allows charities like Simon Communities of Ireland to claim tax relief on your donations for up to 5 years – with no need to complete a form every year. It’s fast, secure, and only takes a minute to complete.

Once submitted, we can claim tax relief directly from Revenue, turning your generosity into even more life-changing support for people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness across Ireland.
