If you are based in Dublin and currently experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing your home our Dublin Outreach or homelessness prevention teams will be able to provide you with advice.
If you are based in Kildare, Wicklow or Meath and either experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing your home our Homeless Support Service will be able to assist you.

Dublin Outreach is an assertive street outreach service provided by Dublin Simon Community in partnership with the Dublin Region Homeless Executive. This service engages with adults who experience rough sleeping, supports them into temporary homeless accommodation, and makes appropriate referrals to permanent housing options especially Housing First. The service also ensures that people experiencing rough sleeping are linked with other appropriate housing and health services to prevent further rough sleeping.

Help Within the Dublin City Council Area
If you have never stayed in homeless accommodation before, the Central Placement Service will assess your situation and inform you of your options. Men, Women and families can visit the service at Parkgate Hall, 6-9 Conyngham Road, Dublin 8 from 10am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday.
The Central Placement Service (CPS) can be contacted on the 24 hour HOMELESS HELPLINE at 1800 707 707.

The Tenant Information and Support Service works to support people to remain in their homes and give people the advice and support that they need in their local community. This service is provided by Dublin Simon Community on behalf of Dublin City Council. This service provides advice and information in the local drop-in clinics and through visiting support on a range of issues including:
- Risk of loss of home
- Rent arrears
- Standard of rented accommodation
- Unsuitable living arrangements
- Difficulties managing the home
- Housing rights
- The service works across the five administrative areas of Dublin City Council and have staff based in:
Darndale (North Central)
Ballyfermot & Crumlin (South Central)
Wood Quay (Central)
Aungier Street (South East)
Finglas (North West)

The Simon Community Homeless Support Service in Kildare, Wicklow and Meath conducts assessments, provides support plans and move-on options to enable people to overcome homelessness and secure a home of their own. The services we provide include:
- Outreach support to Rough Sleepers.
- Settlement support to singles, couples and families who are moving out of homelessness.
- Tenancy sustainment support to singles, couples and families who are at risk of becoming homeless.
