COMHOM Subgranting Call For Homeless Service Providers
The Simon Communities of Ireland, as part of the EU COMHOM initiative, is excited to announce the launch of the COMHOM Subgranting Call, a funding opportunity for 25 selected homeless service providers across the EU.
With Ireland playing a key role in this collaborative EU initiative, this call offers a unique opportunity for Irish homeless service providers to apply for EU grants, share best practices and help shape the future of homelessness services across EU.
Running from December 2025 to December 2027, the COMHOM project provides €1.5 million in total funding, with grants of €40,000 to €60,000 available to help selected organisations in Ireland and across the EU digitalise their operations and embed robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) into their service delivery.
Objectives of the Subgranting Call
- Build a European network of homelessness service providers grounded in M&E and digital innovation.
- Support the co-design, testing, and implementation of M&E framework and the digital-based tools developed through COMHOM, with a strong focus on transferability and scalability.
