Simon Week 2023 - Exits
On Exits:
- We need to see increased output public homes to 15,000.
While progress has been made that has to be rapidly built upon to ensure 15,000 new social homes are provided each year in Ireland.
There are a number of proposals in front of government including supporting the expansion of Modern Methods of Construction, purchasing rapid built homes from other EU countries, and Simon Communities have been calling on government to tackle the issues of vacancy and dereliction.
