Strengthening Ireland’s Response to Homelessness: Improving Digital Integration and Data Coordination in Ireland

This policy brief draws on findings from the Problem Phase Living Lab sessions conducted in Ireland as part of the continuing COMHOM project, an EU-funded initiative focused on improving responses to homelessness through digital transformation, data integration, and strengthened monitoring and evaluation systems.

While the broader Living Lab explored multiple dimensions of homelessness, this brief specifically examines the digital practices of homelessness service providers.

The COMHOM project has received funding from the European Union’s European Social Fund (ESF+) under Grant Agreement No. 101172624.
